The Earthing patches (50mmx25mm) are comparable with the ECG/EKG electrode patches that are used by doctors for testing purposes. To start earthing, put the patch on the skin of a sensitive or painful spot. This way the body can earth directly on the sensitive or sore spot so that the effect of earthing on that spot is stronger.
These patches are for replacement, when you already have a connection set.

Yes, everything is fine
Om deze patches goed te kunnen gebruiken moet ik volgens mij langdurig blijven zitten, constant aan en afkoppelen van de stekker is niet erg handig. Dan werkt denk ik de aardingsmat beter.
Ik heb deze gekocht om te testen en ik vind het goed. Je kunt de patch direct op de plek dat het pijn doet plaatsen. Heel tevreden.
