Before we introduced the first Premium grounding undersheet five years ago, we spent four years developing this patented fabric.
Since then, it has been continuously refined and improved. The fabric combines maximum conductivity with the comfort of cotton: breathable, soft, and flexible.

Size 160 x 210 cm fitted sheet
The Premium 160 x 210 cm grounding fitted sheet fits a 160 x 200-220 cm mattress and is designed to ground two persons. 
The conductive grey section of this earthing fitted sheet measures 160 x 210 cm.
The fitted sheet also has a 40 cm wide, white tuck-in strip made from organic cotton with elastic all the way round.

A grounding undersheet allows you to ground most of your body while you sleep, enabling you to absorb the Earth's energy in the form of electrons as effectively as possible.

Night-time is the ideal time to ground yourself because your body recovers best during sleep. This supports the body's natural recovery processes and helps reduce discomfort.

Sleeping on a grounding undersheet helps reduce stress in the body, promotes deeper sleep, may reduce snoring, and helps you wake up feeling more refreshed. As a result, your immune system functions better, you feel healthier, and you look more refreshed.

How to Use

Place the Premium grounding undersheet underneath your own fitted sheet, just as you would with our 50% Silver grounding undersheets.

Moisture on your skin creates conductivity through your fitted sheet to the grounding undersheet, allowing you to remain grounded without direct skin contact.

This also slows the wear process because skin oils and perspiration are first absorbed by your own fitted sheet. As a result, the grounding undersheet only needs to be washed once every one to two months, significantly extending its lifespan.

For optimal conductivity, we recommend using a fitted sheet made from natural fibres such as cotton, viscose, or Tencel, with little or no synthetic material. Polyester, for example, is a plastic fibre and is not electrically conductive.

Connecting to Earth

Your grounding product must be physically connected to the Earth.

Every grounding undersheet includes a 5-metre connection cord, which must be connected to either a groundrod or an Earthing adapter. You can easily select your preferred connection option during the ordering process.

Earthing adapter

Connect the connectioncord to the Earthing adapter and insert it into a properly grounded electrical outlet.

The Earthing adapter is made of plastic and does not connect to the electrical current. The metal contacts only connect to the earth connection (ground) of the grounded outlet.

One Earthing Plug allows you to connect up to three grounding products.

Ground rod

Alternatively, connect the grounding cord to the Ground Rod.

The Ground Rod comes with a durable 15-metre cable. Feed the cable through a window or door to the outside and insert the rod into the ground. The cable is flexible enough to allow the window or door to open and close.

Using a splitter, an unlimited number of grounding products can be connected to a Ground Rod.

If you have the choice between using a Ground Rod and an Earthing Plug, we recommend the Ground Rod for grounding while sleeping, especially for people who are highly sensitive.

Radiator Clamp

If you do not have a garden or a grounded electrical outlet, you can often still connect to Earth through central heating pipes or a metal water pipe.

In that case, choose No connection during the ordering process and order a Radiator Clamp separately.

Testing at a Discount

When purchasing a grounding undersheet, we recommend adding a tester.

This allows you to check after every wash that everything is still connected correctly and that the stainless steel fibres continue to conduct properly after years of use.

Product Tester

The Product Tester is a sensitive device used to determine whether electrical conductivity exists between two points.

When purchasing a grounding undersheet, you receive 50% discount on the Product Tester.

With the Product Tester you can check:

1. Whether you are grounded through direct contact with the grounding product.

2. Whether everything is connected correctly and the grounding product is conductive.

3. Whether a cable is conductive.

4. Whether the grounding product is properly grounded (via a Ground Rod or grounded electrical outlet).

5. Whether your electrical outlet is properly grounded.

6. Whether the grounding product is still conductive after prolonged use.

Earthing Multimeter

The Earthing Multimeter measures the reduction of AC body voltage as soon as you become grounded.

When purchasing a grounding undersheet, you receive 30% discount on the Earthing Multimeter.

With the Earthing Multimeter you can measure, in millivolts:

1. Whether you are grounded through direct or indirect contact. You can also measure the reduction in body voltage while wearing clothing or with your own fitted sheet covering the grounding product.

2. Whether everything is connected correctly and the grounding product is conductive.

3. Whether a cable is conductive.

4. Whether the grounding product is properly grounded (via a Ground Rod or grounded electrical outlet).

5. Whether your electrical outlet is properly grounded.

6. Whether the grounding product remains conductive after prolonged use.

Washing Instructions

The undersheet can be machine washed at 40–60 °C.

Line dry only.

Important: Preferably spin the undersheet at the lowest possible spin speed, with a maximum of 600 rpm. This helps keep the stainless steel fibres intact for as long as possible.
