The earthing fitted undersheet and the earthing pillowcases are connected to the earth with special connecting cables to ground your body during sleep. This is an ideal time to ground, because during sleep your body can recover best. This allows you to naturally reduce symptoms and improve self-healing.

By sleeping on an earthing undersheet reduces stress in your body, you sleep deeper, snore less and wake up better rested. As a result, you will feel and look better!

The earthing fitted undersheet is 160x200cm conductive and has a 40cm wide tuck-in strip of organic cotton with elastic all around. 
The conductive part is made of 50% silver fibre (from France) with 50% Tencel (Lyocell, from Austria).

We produce this under our own label: the Premium Earthing Pillowcase.
It took us more than 2 years to develop the patented fabric of the Premium Earthing Pillowcase. The light gray fabric contains 30% solid surgical grade stainless steel fibers, 35% cotton, 35% polyester.
The Premium Pillowcase is designed to maximize the conductivity and longevity of the material. 

The advantages of the Premium Pillowcase are:

• contains 30% very fine surgical grade stainless steel fibers for optimal durability and conductivity.

• can be used under your own favorite pillowcase

• stainless steel is not sensitive to acids or sulfur from perspiration and skin oils and chemicals in personal care products

• requires less frequent washing, so less wear and tear

• specially designed to last much longer, expected to last 3 years or more

You use the Premium Pillowcase under your own pillowcase. Just as you use an own fitted sheet over the earthing undersheet. The moisture from your skin creates conduction through your own pillowcase and sheet to the earthing pillowcase and earthing undersheet, grounding you without the need for direct skin contact with the earthing products.
This way it is less vulnerable for sweat, body oils, creams, shampoos. Therefor it doesn't need to be washed as often.
This results in a better longevity.
For good conductivity, we advise to use a regular (fitted) sheet and pillowcase made of natural fibres, like cotton, viscose or Tencel with little or no synthetic component (like polyester).

The amount of silver fibre in our earthing undersheets is 15 to 30 times higher than in traditional earthing sheets, allowing it to be placed under your own fitted sheet. So you can keep using your own favorite sheets!

Connecting to earth
You connect the earhting products using the supplied 5-meter-long special connection cable either via a specially designed earthing adapter to the protective earth of a grounded outlet (i.e., not to the current) or to a ground rod, which you insert into the ground outside. 

If you do not yet have a ground rod or earthing adapter, order this from "Your further connection". 
The earthing adapter is a specially designed plastic plug with two metal earth strips, which in a grounded outlet makes contact only with the earth and not with the current. The earthing adapter has the possibility for a connecting 3 grounding products. With a splitter, an infinite number of products can be connected to earth. 

If you have a choice between using a ground rod and an earthing adapter, we recommend using a ground rod for the earthing products, especially for people who are (highly) sensitive.

Test your earthing products with a half-price product tester or a multimeter at 30% off 
The product tester is a sensitive device for determining if there is electrical conduction between two points. When you purchase an earthing undersheet, you get 50% off the product tester. 
With the product tester you test:
1. Whether you yourself are grounded when in direct contact with the earthing product.
2. Whether everything is properly connected and your earthing product conducts properly,
3. Whether a cable conducts properly,
4. Whether your earthing product is grounded (via ground rod or grounded outlet).
5. Whether your wall socket is grounded.

Testing with the earthing multimeter measures the decrease in AC voltage (in digits) once you are grounded. You receive a 30% discount on the earthing multimeter with the purchase of an earthing undersheet.  
With the earthing multimeter you test in millivolts: 
1. Whether you yourself are grounded on (in)direct contact with the earthing product. So you can also measure the decrease in AC voltage with clothing on or when you test with your own fitted sheet over the earthing product,
2. Whether everything is properly connected and your earthing product conducts properly,
3. Whether a cable conducts properly,
4. Whether your earthing product is grounded (via ground pin or grounded outlet),
5. Whether your outlet is grounded.

In the ordering process, choose the option for a (or no) tester. When purchasing an earthing undersheet, we recommend purchasing a tester. This way you can check after every wash to see if the product is properly connected again to the earth and if, after years of use the silver still conducts. 

Care instructions
The earthing undersheet and the Premium Pillowcover can be machine washed at 40-60 degrees. Dry preferably on the line. Use a low speed spin cycle.
